The Superintendent will ensure that the Charter roles and responsibilities are documented in a School Leadership Team Manual.

- Find out through a survey of current SLT Members what areas of concern or ambiguity still exist in their role within the CSD Charter System.
- Hold a meeting or a focus group of representatives from each SLT to discuss the current Charter and the roles/ responsibility chart including discussion on the Impact Principle.
#2- FAQ Developed
- Develop a Q and A sheet to be posted on the website and shared with new, existing or prospective SLT members.
#3- SLT Manual Developed
- Explain the “recent” Department of Education directions/guidelines related to Charter Systems and SLT/Board Member and Superintendent Roles.
- Develop an SLT Manual that describes the roles and responsibilities of the SLTs.
